The Wilfley EMW Rubber Lined Slurry Pump is a heavy-duty pump designed to last. With components that are double the thickness of comparable medium-duty slurry pumps, the EMW pump is ideal for high-wear applications. The pump features a robust elastomer liner or MAXALLOY® 5A hard iron, creating a durable and reliable pumping solution.
To ensure the optimal balance between hydraulic performance and wear life, Wilfley used the latest computational fluid dynamics software to design the EMW pump. The design was then validated through extensive empirical testing in the field, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
