Static mixers provide an economical, energy-efficient, long-lasting, low maintenance, space-friendly method to mix both miscible and immiscible liquids. They can be used to mix both water-like and viscous fluids.
They are used to meter in colorants or additives to products or used as an in-line mixer to create a continuous process replacing inefficient batching operations. Common applications include mixing sodium hypochlorite in drinking water, fuel blending, pH control, dilution of concentrated liquids, adjusting viscosity, color blending, injection molding and extrusion applications, resin-catalyst mixtures, and many more.
