PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Grundfos DME Series dosing pumps are designed to handle larger flow dosing applications. The pumps have a 800:1 turndown range for a variety of water supply, wastewater and water treatment applications.
Like all Grundfos dosing pumps, the pumps are easy to install and operate. Units are available with Profibus interface to supply performance data and status information for preventive maintenance, quality control, and future reference. The DME Series uses a full stroke length, while precisely controlling the speed of each stroke ensuring even concentration in the system and optimal priming throughout the entire operating range. Pumps are protected from over pressurization with built-in overload monitoring. Displays allow easy navigation of the menus to utilize the broad range of control features—including pulse, analog, timer, batch, and anti-cavitation control, and calibration. The anti-cavitation feature will automatically slow down the suction stroke speed 75%, 50%, or 25 to handle viscous fluids.
